Holiday Inn Piura by IHG — Hotel in Piura

I made a reservation through an online travel agency, and I used some credit available for my account in that travel agency. When I arrived to this hotel, the person in the counter told me that I would not get points because I did not book with them. I explained to her that I had the rights to book with any agency or online legal website but she totally denied my arguments and refused to give me the points. I am a frequent traveler, for business and personal reasons, but if I am gonna have this type of issues I may have to reconsider my stay with Holiday Inn and redirect myself towards your competitors . I stayed at the Holiday Inn Piura last June, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff.
