We got a 20 dollars room that was supposed just to be to pass the night but end up changing rooms 3 times because there were hairs Everytime we check the beds. So either they didn't change the bed sheets or they do not wash them properly. In one of the beds there were really small breath crumbs.

The personal was very understanding and did gave us a refound on the spot . ( I paid with visa ) so that was a good thing.

Anyways what was I expecting...

This is a great, downtown hotel, the prices are very, very reasonable and it's clean and very fancy on the inside. I would say marble floors, but I'm I'm not positive. The room was small, but had A/C and was very secure. The staff I spoke to were very polite and accommodating. I had one small problem with a request for beer, I gave the guy at the front desk 20 soles and he denied receiving it, not a big thing. Towels, soap, shampoo, cable TV, I was impressed and would stay there above any other...

Cheap hotel so don’t expect much.

The rooms are really small, some do not have a bathroom with a roof. There is only one wall next to your bed that separates you from the toilet in the same room. My room wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty . I had to change rooms three times and when I noticed that they were all equally dirty I asked...
