Hotel Family Surf — Hotel in Rázuri

Although we stayed at Family Surf for just one night, we so very appreciate the hospitality Junior and his family and staff showed during our short stay. Junior helped arrange a car to pick us up at the airport and communicated with me constantly to make sure things were okay. The room was nice and had a wonderful view of the ocean (we stayed at the family room with queen bed and twin bunk beds). The breakfast was wonderful as well. Junior was so friendly and accommodating and let us stay in the room for as long as we needed the next day until we were ready to check into the other hotel. Even though we no longer stayed at the Family Surf, he still helped me arrange a car for the departure ride back. One more thing, after we checked out of Family Surf, my husband had left his travel bag with his passport, money, cards, everything of importance there. Perfect Surf Hostel – Clean, Chill, and Super Helpful Staff!

I had an amazing stay at this surf hostel! It’s perfectly located right by the point. The place is spotlessly clean, Junior takes great care in maintaining it. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, Junioralways made sure me and the other guests felt at home.

One of the best parts was how knowledgeable and helpful Junior was – they gave great recommendations on where to eat, where to get surf essentials, and even local hidden gems, Junior even helped put aloe Vera on me when I got super sunburned. Junior is always laughing and smiling, he is your guy for whatever you need! Your view from the hotel is either the mountain or the beach can’t beat it. The showers are hot water nobody puts that so I was worried about them not being hot. The staff is great if you need to book a boat jr will give you numbers on WhatsApp. 10/10 stay, they are wonderful, I missed breakfast time several times and they made it for me around lunch.
