Not sure if they are new or under new management. But the lady and the rest of the staff are very accommodating, they will do their best to assist you and make your stay comfortable. We came from Sagada and wanted to stay for the night in Baguio and then head home the following day. Discovered the Anaya while driving around. Since we are a big group, we were able to book a 2 bedroom apartment, small kitchen with gas stove, kitchen sink, plates, mugs, cutleries and drinking glasses are provided, water kettle and a small fridge. Beds are quite old, pillows and blankets provided, I only found one plug point inside our bedroom, no toiletries and towels. Private toilet and bath have water heater. Free wifi internet in the lobby but not in the rooms, I was informed that they are just waiting for the internet upgrade. When we arrived the staff and owners were so busy moving about and I think they are in the process of improving the place. It was not bad for a one night stay and it good value...

It seems that renovation is still underway but you can already see the improvement from the old and the new, basing on the paint job. Rooms are clean and very affordable. Their apartelle rooms are equipped with a small kitchen complete with pots, plates, and utensils.
