OYO 549 Sajj Bldg — Hotel in Baguio

This hotel doesn't care about it's clients, there were almost 20+ clients and only 2 irresponsible, rude and unreliable staff was there... . From this experience I think that this hotel's goal is to only take your money... . There were a lot of stains on the beds... . The rest room is dirty... . The internet connection is poor... . And the most disappointing is the staffs are very rude and will always give you a STUPID reason to not do what you ask.. . There's one occasion where the lobby was flooded with water and they took care of it after like 12 hours, and clearly you can say that the staffs are very unreliable... . I want everyone to know who will be staying here that you will be really disappointed.. . Will not recommend to anyone!!! . we've booked 5 regular rooms and the master's bedroom, 28 pax po kami. what happened was, hindi namin nagamit yung master's ng unang isang gabi kasi nastranded daw yung nauna nilang guests kasi may bagyo. in exchange, magagamit daw namin ng libre lahat ng facilities and the pool

🔸hindi kami nakaligo lahat kasi sobrang lamig ng tubig. there were 8 of us naman nakaligo pero sobrang saglit lang kasi hindi kaya yung lamig. imagine 200 pesos ang bayad sa pool per head, pero bayad kami lahat, not worth it 🔸kitchen was dirty tapos kulang ng supplies 🔸may electric kettle pero tinago ang cord 🔸fridge also was dirty, tapos inunplug nila kahit ang daming pagkain na nakalagay. we had our sopas spoiled kinaumagahan 😏🤬 🔸may instance din na sinabihan kami ng mang-ari, “kinuha nyo po ba yung strawberry dito (sa fridge)?” 🙄 🔸walang duplicate keys yung mga rooms (what happened was, yung isang kasama namin naiwan yung susi sa loob ng kwarto, hindi sila nakapasok the whole night. sabi may mag-aayos daw ng door in the morning pero isushoulder namin yung labor fee) 🔸akala nila ang sstupid namin. duh!!! mga wala namang alam sa house keeping 🔸mahirap din ang pagpapark

REGULAR ROOMS 🔸quiet spacious pero yung bathrooms ang dudumi—kahit yung backsplash hindi man lang ata kinukuskos. goodness

MASTER'S BEDROOM 🔸not worth the price 🔸no television 🔸ayaw ipagamit yung bath tub and jacuzzi (magswimming nalang daw kami sa pool, even lied to us na yung plug ng tub were grounded 🤣) 🔸cabinets were messy and dirty 🔸btw, nagamit naman namin yung master's ng isang gabi (natulog lang)

all in all, hindi ko siya marerecommend. hindi na nga namin naenjoy yung places ng Baguio dahil sa bagyo, ang panget pa ng experience namin sa hotel na to!!! suggestion ko lang, maghire sana ng magaling sa housekeeping at well-mannered na...

The staff are welcoming and accommodating. I've been staying there for multiple times already, primarily for internet use whenever PLDT at home is down or when there's power interruption at home. The price per night stay is also reasonable and cheaper compared to other hotels within the city. Not a quiet place to stay in though since it's along the roadside, but requests can be made if in need of such.
