We went there on a hot day specifically to try their most advertised cocoberry matcha. The server asked us if it's ok if the gulaman ingredient is missing because they ran out of it. We told her to replace it with any other available ingredient. She was reluctant and insisted that there's no other ingredient to replace it and hinted that either it comes without gulaman or they cannot serve us. We told her that it would not be fair for us if we pay the same price for less quantity and quality. She finally agreed that they put more of the other ingredients like coconut gratings and puffed rice. When she left, another staff came to tell us that they don't have gulaman because they won't open the shop the next day so they did not buy more of the ingredient when they ran out of it. So we told her the same thing we already told the first staff -- that if they could just replace the missing ingredient by adding more of the available ingredients. She also reluctantly agreed and left. In the end, there's no way to know if they really added more of the other ingredients because it was just odd to us why they're hesitant to add more of the other ingredients to compensate for the missing ingredient. Like it's kind of just fair and common sense to compensate for the missing ingredient if they do not offer discount with the price, duh. 🙄 We were not filled with the cocoberry matcha so we ordered two more food from the menu but they were...
