The Courtyard Goshen Land Guard House — Hotel in Baguio

We enjoyed our staycation here. The site is still expanding but I must say the unit that we rented is very nice. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with hot and cold shower and has things that we needed such as refrigerator, electric stove, rice cooker, washing machine and television. There is a wifi in the lobby area but we had a hard time connecting. We had poor data signals, regardless of what network providers we have, maybe because we were in the corner area plus the rainy weather. We can only text and call. The place that we got does not have a view. The staffs are very friendly though. I should have given 5 stars because of the wonderful experience but it was quite far from the city. Takes 15-20mins due to the road conditions. A lot of up and down and curves. We did not notice...

Although its down a hill, the place we stayed at in an (ABn'B) was fantastic! Guards were fantastic, transparent about the rules and regulations of the place. Common parking is free but you do have to wake up early in the morning to move your car, for private it's 350 a night. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the towers, designated area is outside. Convenience store is perfectly situated outside the place with everything you might need for everyday supplies (but limited of course). Quiet, cozy & affordable - thank you Sir Christopher...

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Except for lights, nothing works properly. Shower water is not hot enough, dust is all around, even see dead cockroach, the worst of all, water supply was interrupted suddenly, it unacceptable! It can be seen that the design here is originally good, but the lack of maintenance has caused the facilities to malfunction everywhere. But here is located in good view, and quiet.
