This is a small family-run building with a place to eat and rooms with absolutely spectacular views. The manager is extremely knowledgeable about the history and the culture of the area. You definitely want her as your guide. There's hot water available in showers, the rooms are not air conditioned however the elevation is nearly 6,000 ft so with the windows open it a pleasant temperature for sleeping. The folks that operate this establishment will prepare meals off of a menu however they don't always have everything available that's listed so you have to be a bit flexible but they're happy to do it and the food is great. The room was big and spacious despite having 2 big double-decker beds. Room also was a lot better compared to the published picture of the property. Lastly, everyone in Banaue was extra friendly. Instantly befriended an accountant-white-guy Mike. Siblings Uly and Diana who run the place have a very pleasing personality.. Negative: Would have been better if the room has its own...
