Banaue Sunrise Guest House — Hotel in Banaue

We stayed in this guest house for two nights. The guest house is a step from the road and from here you can ride a bus.

Staff are approachable and fluent in English. Jenny arranged for our tour.Raffy served as our main tour guide.He took us together with Mr.Simon who was our driver to Batad Banaue Rice Terraces, Ducligan where you can view the snake river and to the Bangaan village.

The beds are comfortable and wide. The restrooms are not fancy but it can do it's job. There is a water heater so really you've got no reasons not to take a bath. The rooms are also clean with basic necessities.

There is a restaurant on the first floor which serves breakfast,lunch and dinner. I would recommend the chopsuey or mix veggies and pork sinigang.

The staff also allowed my niece to borrow toys. It helped a lot because she did not get bored.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The place provide a sense of belonging,togetherness and it feels like we are in our house.

Don't expect this place is a five star hotel. The place is like an ordinary house it keeps the family together, hence, the 5 stars.

This place was an absolute nightmare. We stayed here because they offered parking. When we arrived back to the guest house they told us they gave away all parking space to non-guests so we had to leave our scooter on the side of the road.

There were no water in the bathroom. No toilet flash, no shower, nothing. We and other guests complained multiple times but they did not fix it. They didn't care to update us on it or explain either the crew just ignored the issue and went home / went to sleep.

The worst part is that the whole bathroom smelled terrible like a sewer, it made the whole room smell even with closed bathroom door.

The owners were brilliant so welcoming and they arranged someone to get us and take us back to the bus station and we arrived at 5 am and they were up to greet us and let us check in very early which was so kind, they had a tour guide organised to recommend us trips for our stay which we booked and he was brilliant so helpful and we had 2 amazing days here, the place is clean, comfy and the restaurant serves delicious food which we had everyday, to make it even better the views from the balcony areas were incredible and we got to enjoy a stunning sunrise, we would definitely recommend...
