I arrived overnight from Manila and waited until daylight when the security gate was unlocked before checking in. Nobody was there. I finally disturbed a gentleman who permanently resides there. He was able to give me a key to a room plus toilet paper and bath towel.||The room was basic, bed , blanket, slim shelf unit, table with mirror. Small (wet) bathroom with no mirror. The hot water shower was good. Large balcony with table and chairs overlooking busy 3 way intersection. No wifi.||The Lodger was able to contact the Owner to attend so that I could pay for my room before I checked out. She had not seen my online booking. She advised that they had been closed for 2 months.||The room may be basic but you can't beat the price for the location. Three minute walk from the Tourism Center and one minute walk to the jeepney terminal area. You don't have to worry about traffic noise at night as everyone is indoors by 9pm.||Probably best to check first whether they are organised ie accepting bookings and have someone available to facilitate...
