The hotel is good but the operation Manager doesn't know what customer service is all about. We had a very bad experience with all of my professional suppliers who are very famous in the event industry. From the gown staff designer under by Sir Francis Libiran, my coordinators, Photographers and Videographers who are also known in Cebu. We encountered a very rude operation manager that almost create trouble during our dress up preparation in this hotel which is they are just charging their cameras at the lobby then the manager approach them very unprofessional in bisaya " hoy mga guests mo, nagbayad mo diri, then one of my photographer told him that we have a client in this hotel Sir nga naka check in 4 ka rooms for 2 nights then after that He advise the security na ipa kick out sa hotel Ang tanan suppliers. I hope the owner will take some actions about our concern.
