One Biñan Place — Hotel in Biñan

I was looking for "affordable accommodation" in Biñan, Laguna. I would consider this inn as an excellent choice for the category.

The attendant is very hospitable although I think he is not pure Pinoy (not an issue) still very nice, and they have a good wifi connection, Netflix on their TV, and hot showers. They have a decent parking space and probably can fit around four (4) to six (6) cars. It is near fast food stores and a hospital.

I arrived during a typhoon and experienced a power outage for a few minutes. I suggest that in the future if they will have a premium room, they can add a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and a vault for storing valuable personal belongings.

As a remote worker and cyclist, I've been traveling a lot, and One Biñan Place is one of the best places I definitely recommend. It's definitely worth the money. The wifi is fast, there's secure parking, the place is cozy, and it's near many popular establishments, making it very accessible. I even extended my stay because it's quiet and the place is clean.
