Our recent stay at Casa Tropica Resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a level of hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit.

The resort itself is a true gem, offering impressive amenities that made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The lush greeneries offered backdrop for our relaxation, the modern-industrial design of the structure gave a lux impression, while the warm pools and recreational facilities ensured we, adults and kids alike, had everything we needed to unwind and stay active.

Whether it was running favors for us to but some items from nearby stores, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, their dedication was evident and greatly appreciated.

The only minor hiccup during our stay was the TV in our room, which had a weak internet signal. While this was a small inconvenience, it in no way detracted from the overall experience. All the recreational facilities were enough to keep us out of our rooms anyway.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Tropica Villas and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The villas were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were also extremely accommodating and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the pingpong, dart and cards amenities which provided great entertainment. We also loved the karaoke set-up which made for fun singing sessions with our friends and family. Overall, our stay at Casa Tropica Villas exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It's a solid 5-star rating from me! Additionally, the hot spring pool at Casa Tropica Villas was a great addition to our stay. The water was warm and therapeutic, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Tagaytay. Was here over the weekend. Experienced a brown out for 3hrs from 8 30pm. Got a refund for the time the power was out and 1k for the inconvenience. The place has been up 2yrs now and still no generator. The villas around us all have standby generators. What a shame. Even water was not available, electric pump...for 30k a night, not worth it, am not coming back, suggest you go someplace else...

Edits: The 1 hr extended use you mentioned you gave us that even before we checked in the place. Pls. dont say that is compensation for the inconvenience. Saying sorry by putting your customer down is just bad business practice. Next time just say sorry and dont rent out the place when it is...
