Private Resort in Laguna Hot Spring Private Pool Villa Best Pansol Resort | The Diwata Villa — Hotel in Calamba

We stayed at Casa Primera Villa 3 for 22 hours. We were a family of 15 and place was very spacious for all of us. I highly recommend them due to the following PROS:

We occupied their 3 Big & Clean Rooms with Split Type Strong Aircon & LED TV with readily connected USB with movies. The beddings are fresh and clean. They provide one blanket per guest.

2 Fresh & Clean Swimming Pools. They change the water every other guest. We were able to swim at night since the water was warm.

FREE WIFI, Videoke, Billiards, Table Tennis, Small Kiddie Play area, etc.

Color Coded Trash Bins. Im very particular with cleanliness and waste segregation. So I really love this.

Professional & Organized during booking process.

Friendly and Polite On-Site Staff. Just call them when you need help since they reside inside the house. But dont worry they wont follow you around like in other private resorts. You can feel the privacy. :)

They will provide (1) one gallon of water on the first night. They also sell drinks. But you can also buy food at the nearby Sari-Sari Store.

We were able to Cook. Kindly ask the specific kitchenwares they have. By the way, Grilling Area is spacious too.

Just bring your own utensils, towels, and toiletries.

I called in just now and was able to spoke to one of their rep who is very sarcastic. I was inquiring about the promotion of Php7,999.00 on one of the site they have created stating that they will be providing this same standard price with 5 open bedroom for 30pax and so on. It says on the other website that it's "available now". The rep then said, "san ka ba tumitingin? Hindi ko alam kung anong website ang tinitingnan mo. Wala kaming ganyang promo." Then I said, "ah ganon ba? So hindi na pala updated ung post na yun?". She replied, "check our website nlang po andun yung mga prices." Well alam ko. I'm not stupid enough not to see those details. The fact na tumawag ang potential client to inquire means nabasa ng client ang page nila. And I'm calling in to inquire and clarify yung mga hindi clear like the promotion. Then she makes me sound stupid. Sabi ko okay lang kung yun ang standard price nila. So? Kaya kong magbayad kung magustuhan ko yung place. Next thing I asked is kung gaano kalaki yung area na pwedeng ganapan ng party? Ilang square meter. But she is cutting me out while speaking. Binibigay nya sakin yung sukat ng kabuuhan ng villa. I told her na ang kelangan ko lang yung sukat ng pwede namin pag ganapan ng party. She repeatedly mentioned the lot area of the entire villa. Sino ngayon ang stupid? We will be doing party and it doesnt matter sakin ung lot area ng buong villa kasi bakit ko ika count yung measure ng buong lot area, awkward namn na nagpaparty kayo tapos hindi na kasya sa reception yung ibang bisita kung maliit pala alangan naman na yung ibang tables naka set up na sa kwarto. Talaga lang bibigyan mo ako ng measure ng lot area?? Then ang sabi nya they require visit on the place daw kapag party amg gagawin para walabg gulatan which of course I will bago ako magbayad to make sure that my money will be compensated with the ambiance and venue thay I am expecting. Kaso kaya nga ako tumatawag at nag iinquire muna because of my tight schedules. Hindi naman pwedeng puro visit ang gawin ko. Of course I need to go to work. The reason why I am callin is to gather details I"ll be needing and from those details I'll compare it with one another and kung alin ang mas maganda then I'll do a visit n isahan for convenience purposes na rin and para hindi na pabalik balik. Then she told me, "eh kung busy kayo okay lang naman samin. Tumingin na lang kayo ng ibang resort!" Was it thw kind of customer service you have there? Tapos sabi nya pa sakin, "and then we are also chargong additional Php1,000.00 for catering kapag may mga ganyang event." I know. Fully stated sa website yun. And she also told me, "we are also counting the visitors bawat tao may fee kahit hindi sila mag I stay." I know. Kaya nga kayo may number of pax. Of course babayaran ko yun. Alam nyo with all these customer service you have, you dont even have the courtesy of respect to give to your potential clients, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. This is over the phone pa nga lang. How much more if nangyaring nandun na kami sa event, how worst customer service are you gonna...

Highly recommending Casa Primera Villas to all! I brought my family here back 2011 when it was just Casa Primera 1 then. Just over the week, I brought my family back again with me and to my surprise they already have Casa Primera 1,2,3 and going 6 very soon. My stay here still didn't fail me nor my family. They have very accommodating staff, neatest and very much well-maintained rooms and bathrooms and may I add each rooms has TVs equipped with USBs loaded with my children's fave movies that kept them entertained after wrestling them out of the pool, the pools were very safe and child-friendly and last but not the least we had a great time in their kitchen and dining area located next to the pool area. Thank you CP for another memorable and satisfying stay! Will surely visit your other villas...
