La Azotea Spring Resort — Hotel in Calamba

We had our team's year end party here. The place is clean and spotless when we got there. The caretakers are very nice and accommodating. There are 5 rooms, maximum for 15 pax. There are bathrooms in every room which is very convenient for anyone who rents the place. There is another restroom at the kitchen area. There's videoke with updated songs and billirads table too. There are two pools - one for kids and another for adults. But there are certain things I didn't like in this place. The rooms are tiny especially the bathrooms in each room. The activity area upstairs is spacious but uncovered so we had to play our games under the rain. If there are people up at the activity area, they can see anyone who are in the bathroom because there are openings that serve as exhausts in each bathroom. There are certaing things which can be inproved on: The kitchen utensils also are just a handful. Good thing we bought some of our own. The chopping board needs to be replaced with a new one because it's a small old school chopping board and is very heavy to clean up. One of the best experience I had with the results in Calamba, Laguna. If you are a millenial this is a great pick because it has this basic kind of ambiance where there is no need for paint and design. The water pressure in the bathroom is really great. There is free wifi tho it wasnt really that fast but it is good for browsing. There is free karaoke machine and NETFLIX is available so you could enjoy watching when you arent enjoying the warm pool or watch while eating or drinking. You could also use the TV to watch youtube for background music. Great place for team building. Has a warm pool, free videoke, free use of kitchen, bbq and cooking utensils, spacious and has multiple airconditioned rooms that is good for 15-20 people. Staff are very kind, courteous and accomodating. Mini Store is open almost 24 hours and is located right outside the resort gate; the place is around 5-10 mins away from the main road where one can easily ride a jeepney to a nearby bus station.
