The bed linens are nice (many other resorts will surprise you there).

Kitchen is stocked with the minimum but useable.

Facilities are modern and in good condition (air-con, bathrooms, pools, sound system, etc)

Rates are justified. For the amount of money, you will not find a better deal by looking around more. I'm very positive about that.

Water of the pool is nicely warm. Jacuzzi can get nicely hot.

Neighborhood is good. Access to some small stores.

It's next to the main road. That means you CAN commute there easily. That is NOT the case with all other resorts in Calamba.

One bus from Gil Puyat! Nothing else. Or one bus to SM Calamba and then a jeepney (bit more annoying).

I think there is free wifi even but can't remember because I just used data.

Really good for family outings. Cheap but huge place. It's worth the money. Garage can accommodate up to 4 cars, it has 4 bathrooms also. The rooms can accommodate up to 20 people.
