I would give this a two because of the hotel staff's politeness and accommodation to the guests. I had to call the reception many times because of my issues with the room and they were all very accommodating and polite with my complaints. But the hotel itself is old and not well maintained. The rooms are spacious but all the amenities are old, moldy and I would say not clean enough for a hotel. I had to call housekeeping twice. One is because the linens, towels and pillows were dirty. You can see the spots of the stain and the pillow smells terrible like it has not been properly washed. Second one is that the shower head is clogged like it has not been cleaned for ages. I had to ask the housekeeping to scrub and drain it. There was also a dirty looking pail and dipper. I normally am not overly picky but I really could not use the toilet when I first saw it. I had to buy alcohol to sanitize everything and a separate towel because I cannot bring myself to use a not properly washed towel. Also the reception area and lobby looks so creepy because they don't have enough light. I hope the building gets renovated and gets more maintained because the hotel is in a good location. I came here to process my papers in Robinsons Place and this was the nearest budget hotel. But I just didn't expect that the cleanliness of the rooms a d facilities are very poor. The room costed ms only 28 eur but if I am going to consider the state of the property and the cleanliness, it should have been half the price.

Needs a good renovation. The building is old so the interior design. You need to adjust dun sa mga amenities like the aircon and shower. As in luma :( The environment is quiet and peaceful pero medyo nakakatakot kasi medyo madilim yung lighting. But since the package comes with free breakfast and dinner buffet, it compensate the fee u paid. Masarap yung food and medyo maraming choices. Masarap yung fried pinka (espada). Im on my first day so i'll check if the food option will be the same by tomorrow. Also, mabait yung mga staff. All in all okay naman siya.

We stayed in this hotel many times over the past few years and it seem never to improve and in my opinion, it is because it is still profitable regardless of bad reviews and impressions. Accommodation in this hotel will cost you 1500 with buffet breakfast and dinner. It is also located in the heart of Calasiao, Pangasinan, so very few can resist these features. The staff are also friendly so people keep coming back and the hotel has established a patronage among the local population||The rooms are big and spacious though not maintained very well. The walls and ceilings are moldy and in some rooms, really dirty. We once asked to change rooms because the ceiling above the bed is already black though it is painted white and we are afraid that molds/dirt will fall on us while sleeping. The room and bathrooms doors have missing double locks or the doorknobs are not working properly. The furnitures also show signs of years of neglect such as sagging hinges of the cabinets. The refrigerator is also dirty and stinky so think twice before putting your food there. Positive side of the room is the clear cable reception on a good LED TV and very cold airconditioner. The bathroom is spacious though in a poor condition. The faucet/shampoo holder and shower have heavy calcium and rust build up. The toilet bowl is not that clean too though still white. They also sometimes forget to put rugs.||Breakfast and dinner selections are quite good for the 1500 price of the room. The dining table is dirty, the placemat and the table cloth is so disgusting so when eating we just put away the placemat. I hope they will just remove those. There are also instances when there are so many flies making you cringe while dining.||When you stay in this hotel, lower you expectations especially if you are used to 3-5 star hotels. Just enjoy the place called Calasiao and the good food. The hotel is also 30 minutes away from Lingayen if you want to go swimming in the beach. I will recommend this hotel in Calasiao with a warning to manage their...
