Food was good. Not the best, but already a reliable option in Calasiao.
Atmosphere is good, although the heat seeps in whenever they open the door. They can afford to turn the aircon a bit colder.
Service staff was rude, inattentive, and grumpy. Booked a reservation on the 21st, then as I tell them my reservation, they told me they weren't accepting reservations, even though I had evidence that they allowed my booking online. There was literally a corner there for reserved tables, which they did not give to our party.
Once we were seated somewhere else and placed our order for just appetizers (as some of our party were late and were going to order later), they immediately took the menus away from us. Rude. Our food was served on time, but the waiters's looks killed the mood. I'm not saying they need to smile, but they can at least afford to look neutral.
Their staff seems to have stayed the same in quality since their soft opening years ago, which really is disappointing. The restaurant, although recommendable for the food, is not recommendable...

Initially, we were deterred by the establishment's low ratings, which I believe are unwarranted. The service staff demonstrated both politeness and efficiency throughout our visit.
The quality of the food was satisfactory, although I acknowledge the previous mentioned feedback regarding the baby back ribs being somewhat dry. Regarding the food, the pizzas were very nice and properly made, in an oven with appropriate heat, my favorite was the Prosciutto one.The meatballs were tasty, nothing to complain. And the ribs were delicious!
However for the pasta I can't say the same. I ordered Pasta all'Arrabiatta and it felt very oily. I understand for this restaurant presentation the sauce is poured over the pasta but for a sauce like this it is essential to sautee the pasta with the sauce (mantecatura method) or at the very least emulsify the sauce with some starch so the oil...
