We recently stayed in this place and it is by far the worst we've ever spent a night in while in the PH. We only give it a one star because staff is nice and tries to help, the aircon is cold and we can't rate it at zero. It had rained before we got there and all rooms smelled of mildew. Wifi is slow and spotty when it works. Street noise is terrible, trikes going past all night and there is a bar a very short distance away that plays music at maximum volume until past 1am. You also hear movies/music that desk staff play loudly at night until they go to sleep.||||You hear loud TV's from other rooms and guests with kids were letting them run the hall until 3am while screaming and yelling. If you complain night staff does nothing.||||There are no security boxes for valuables even though desk staff says yes when you ask about a room. Security makes no effort to help you get a trike to go anywhere, they just hang out in the lobby or stand off to the side outside smoking.||||Our room had low water pressure in shower and luke warm water on high setting.||||It rained our last night there and we woke up to find water dripping through the ceiling forming a large puddle on the floor.||||We spent two days and nights there and never saw a housekeeper. Nobody made the bed, emptied rubbish or replaced bath towels. We did see a woman sweeping the hallway the day we gladly checked out.||||If you can afford a resort while in Bogo then do so and avoid...
ย ย ย Read moreHad to book last minute good thing there was an available room. I booked the standard room, passable, and worth the affordable price. However, i missed the fact that it doesnโt come with its own bathroom. It is shared with the adjacent room. Good thing it was clean and relatively well maintained. Just a few minor points for travelers though:1. The shower although with a built in heater, needs improvement. For one, the water pressure was very low. Youโre better off washing under the faucet 2. Also, even if I didnโt turn on the shower heater, the water was too hot to my liking (as warm as the water you use for coffee)3. The room lighting was dim but nothing major really4. Wi-Fi signal was poor! 5. Water heater in the room had antsThese are still relatively negligible esp for other travelers. Over all my stay was okay. Location is convenient. Close to many cafes and...
ย ย ย Read moreI had a good time here. My only complaint, was the hot water wasn't really working well for the shower. I let the front desk know and they switched rooms. Still wasn't working but I didn't really mind. It was hot outside so it was good to cool down. The room was very big and the price I got it online for was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Not much on cable TV, but I think that comes with the Bogo area. Wifi was decent, and security guard and front desk was always helpful. Halls were always quiet with no issues. I plan on staying here again on my next trip as well as check out other places as well. I believe Bogo will grow as time passes and become a bigger tourist location to stay in the...
