Where to start, we booked in here for two nights but extended to three, the first night seemed ok, for bogo City the room ok but after returning from family visit the room had not been made up so on the second morning I pulled the sheets of the bed right back and was going to put the make room up sign on door handle, to my horror on pulling sheets back I discovered a used condom on the mattress under the sheets! I was disgusted and felt sick! As did my wife! The health implications are serious and this was unbelievable.||The bed was obviously just remade after last guest who was obviously a filthy person.||We called reception and showed a staff member and asked to see the manager who said he couldn't see us for some reason and let a young female staff member see us and offer apologies and gave us ine free night accommodation as recompense, I felt sorry for the young girl as she was clearly embarrassed by the situation.||Perhaps the manager could comment here about the incident and assure future guests that the beds will be stripped and cleaned after every guest in the future?||Totally unacceptable and a really serious...

The bed was soft, and the front desk staff were very helpful.
Cons: The air-conditioning needs cleaning—I sneezed often and heard other guests sneezing too. Housekeeping didn’t greet guests, but perhaps they were just tired. Breakfast is plated, but decent.
Overall: A clean, convenient, and comfortable stay. Great value for Bogo—perfect for short business trips or...

Water was on and off. Some outlets didn't work. Bed was nice enough.
It is a bit out of central, but there are some decent places to eat at the site and a solid coffee shop open early in the parking lot.
Skip the rooftop pool. It's quite nasty. Cloudy. Kids eating in the pool and spilling their Jollibee spaghetti in it and based on the smell, also using it as a toilet.
Traveling through, it is maybe the nicest option for an overnight bed. But don't...
