We visited the hotel's restaurant on two separate occasions.
The restaurant staff and the hotel staff are one and the same. They don't focus much attention on the restaurant.
On our last visit the employees were talking to each other, talking on their cell phones, and walking around ignoring tables of dirty dishes while simultaneously ignoring those of us waiting to be served.
Both times we visited we were told the food we wanted was out of stock and not available.
When we left there was 10 guests (and their luggage ) waiting outside for a tricycle to take them to the port. One tricycle was able to get only two guests and their luggage in a single trip. The remaining guests were waiting in the hot sun. The tricycle driver explained to them that they will need to call a driver because tricycles do not typically travel on the road where the hotel is located.
If you plan to stay here be sure to arrange a driver or rent a vehicle. It's location is isolated and not easily accessible to any of the island's tourist destinations.

Read moreThe rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all needs were met promptly. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, perfect for both relaxation and family stays. The on-site dining options were great, offering a variety of food that can be customizable preferably to your food preferences (especially if you have food allergies). Their Chef is very considerate when I asked to just make a pork soup instead of Sinigang na Baboy from the menu due to my GERD. Breakfast had plenty of options and was a great way to start the day.Overall, Noah's Ark Hotel is more than just a place to sleep — it's an experience in itself. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this hotel offers a fun and cozy retreat that’s worth...
