OYO 235 R Residencia — Hotel in Davao City

R Residencia is the best accommodation in Davao City for me. Why? First of all, the staff were very attentive to their guest's needs. Like in my case, I told them I work from home and I will really need a stable, fast internet connection. They first told me to check the internet speed on the ground floor. When I said that it's below 30mbps, they checked me in at the 2nd floor where the room was very near their router. So when I checked the internet speed in my room, it was over 40mbps so I said that room is perfect for me! They also checked on me again if the internet connection is good. This is what True hospitality is all about! Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Aside from the breathtaking view on the rooftop, the foods are delicious and affordable. I would like to commend Dr. Bryan and especially his very reliable staff Tatay Boy, Nanay Imelda and Kuya Lawrence. I salute you all for making my stay a very memorable one. The place is amazing. They have an exclusive bar for guest, its in a private peaceful community, the price point is low compared to other places, the rooms are really nice, the owners are really hands on and responsive to their guest... Its always a good stay. Always... And Its def my go...
