There was no problem with the room whatsoever, since it was neat, although the choice of mat for the bathroom was not pretty. The staff was hard to communicate with, and they were apathetic to the customers. When we booked for a room online, we asked beforehand on whether we could let two more guests stay, and that we were willing to pay for the additional fees. They said yes, until the day that we went to the hotel to check the room. The time we checked in, we double checked if the two additional guests were allowed and they said yes. But then, they suddenly said that there was a limit of only 3 people in the room because their furniture was fragile. I don’t know what they were expecting that they assumed we would break their furniture when all we wanted was to sleep properly and safely. I also didn’t get the logic with the fragile furniture because they said that one bed can be slept by two people but the other bed can only be used by one person? We kept asking for an exception because we were four girls who were only concerned about our safety, and yet they still didn’t care. Their manager was also busy, according to the staff. I don’t get why they couldn’t just make an exception when it was also their fault that they weren’t able to immediately communicate that there is a limit to a number of guest. If only we knew that there were such rules, we wouldn’t have booked in this hotel. It was such a disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this hotel at all to anyone, even if it is closer to some landmarks. The staff are not accommodating at all. They didn’t care about one woman trying to find a place where she can stay for awhile, due to their lack of communication as well as their giving of clear information whilst booking. They don’t even deserve 1...
Read moreI was hesitant to book at first because of the bad reviews, but our stay turned out decent.
We arrived at 12 noon and asked for an early check-in, willing to pay ₱100 per hour. The front desk said no rooms were available as the hotel was fully booked, which seemed unlikely since the property has five floors.
We had just come from a graveyard shift and were exhausted, so we waited in the lobby. The lobby was warm with no air conditioning or fan. By 1:00 pm, the front desk informed us that a room was suddenly available, and we were charged ₱100 for early check-in.
There was only one staff member at the counter, and whenever she checked rooms for check-out, the front desk was left unattended for several minutes.
Other issues during our stay: • Wifi was not working • Aircon was dripping water, but it was cold • Shower drainage was poor, causing water to pool
Overall, the experience was okay since we only needed a place to sleep after...
Read moreLots of improvements to be made. Dirty and old rugs (random rugs like household use), dirty shower head, bad toilet drain flow, blanket is basically non-existent, only a thin cover without the cotton fillings. Mouldy walls, bad aircond placement just few cm above ground, assorted hangers look like picked up from preloved or households, ramp towards lobby is stained with smelly liquid (probably pee by human or dog). Power plugs only available beside the sink, ( again bad placement!) totally not compliant to health and safety measures. With the price of almost 2k pesos per night, this is totally not worth staying. TV signal was also not available. Only good thing was the location and responsive staff, however staff also seem tired and unhappy. Not coming...
