LaVero Suites — Hotel in Kalibo

My family stayed during the weekend for my sister's graduation. The room is very spacious and clean. Bedroom temperature is nice and their bathroom is spotless. Their front desk did such an amazing job at welcoming my family from the moment they checked in and out and their room rates are very reasonable and worth every single penny. However, what stood out for me is their ability to accommodate the needs of their guests. Since this stay was my gift for my sister and I don't live in Aklan, LaVero's team helped me so much with some arrangements.

My list of guests and date of stay had to be altered 3 times. Although of course it was all my fault and I do not recommend for anyone to give them a hard time lol, the still accommodated us and were kind enough to adjust the reservation for me.

I requested for a congratulatory welcome letter for my sister to be placed on her bed and they did it and some more by customizing a greeting flashed on the TV upon their arrival.

They delivered delicious bentos for my family's breakfast for a cheap price.

The graduation ceremony ended at 8pm and majority of the restaurants were about to close. LaVero's team was kind enough to order dinner for my family and just later on charge it to our room. Updates on the order was real time and so is sending me the receipt to maintain transparency on the transaction.

The pool view from their roofdeck and bar is very nice and the pool's water temperature is just right.

Overall, the stay was amazing and I am very satisfied. Based on what my family shared and the photos they sent, I can compare the room's quality to The Bayleaf of Manila and Aloft by Marriott of Anchorage in Alaska. I look forward to staying here when I visit home!...

Best hotel in Kalibo, highly recommended!

Very welcoming staff and seamless service with the receptionist despite the late night check in. The staff were also quick to assist us with our luggages to our rooms Love the whole design and vibe of the hotel, very aesthetic! There's a roofdeck area with swimming pool which offers a great view of Kalibo We booked the Premiere single room - very CLEAN, stylish and spacious (it has a big balcony as well) with a big TV and strong wifi connection. It was a cozy room with soft & comfortable sheets and plenty of sockets to charge our phones Great location! we have easy access to convenience stores & restaurants and there's even an Angel's pizza in the hotel groundfloor for a quick fix!

Very nice hotel, new and clean. The lobby smells nice! There's a small pool at the rooftop (7th floor). Some rooms like the one we got has a big balcony. There's a newly-opened Angel's Pizza at the ground and second floor of the building, and my favorite Kim.Ketz.Kei resto is just around the corner (at nearby LM Barrios Street). The hotel is centrally located within Kalibo, and walking distance from Jollibee, McDonalds, City Mall, and the market, and if you like walking, even Gaisano Mall is quite near. There are also sari stores nearby, coffee and tea shops, a gym, internet cafe, spa, etc. The receptionist, guard and housekeeping staff are very friendly. I also got to chat with the friendly owners.
