Q8 Hotel — Hotel in Lapu-Lapu

The service is good. Food just right. Most personnel are polite and kind. Except for a certain guard and a cashier who are unkind with their dealings. The room is good enough, it's clean. However the bathroom has leak, broken floor drain, toilet bowl has broken flush button, there's an aweful smell each time. Lightings are poor. There should be center light that's bright enough when we're having meals. No light on the stairway. Television set is not child-friendly, more on Filipino channels with Tagalog movie programs. No complimentary tissue paper. Offered only a very small piece of a bath soap not even enough for a day's hand...

Staffs were not accommodating. We tried to ask for the prices and the looks of the rooms but they weren't responsive and gave us dirty and very dark room even though they gave us VIP. Only one towel. The bed was dirty and the linens have stains. The fridge was draining with water and the bathroom was dirty. I do not recommend this for people who wants to have fun and be with...
