TNTS CAFE & CO. — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

One of the Cafe's in Lapu-lapu that I frequent. They're open 24 hours unless stated. They also have a nice selection of beverages both hot and cold. If you're wondering if they serve pastries, yes, they do, along with some meals as well (salads, rice meals, breakfast) and some tea. The staff there are really welcoming and polite, they also have great customer service. Their facilities are great, lighting is great, clean surroundings, there is a designated smoking area outside, safety is amazing too, and there is ample of sockets everywhere in case you need to plug in your laptop. The cafe is student-friendly too. I usually see some students and professionals working there or studying. As for the noise though, it really just depends on the customers, sometimes there are loud customers which really can't be helped. They also have a meeting booth where you can have casual meetings and need the extra comfort and exclusivity. I visited this coffee shop for the second time with the hope that it would provide a serene environment to ease my work-related stress and assist me in concentrating on boosting sales before my 6 am shift concluded. However, this visit turned out to be a regrettable choice. The music played in the shop was not only unpleasant but excessively loud, disrupting my ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Regrettably, I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. Furthermore, I cannot recommend this coffee shop to my virtual assistant colleagues due to the unfavorable experience I encountered. It is my sincere hope that the coffee shop treats all its customers equitably, without showing preferential treatment to specific groups. first of all, they should update their menu here. they dont have bingsu anymore.

anyway, i was looking for some good premium japanese matcha but their green tea tasted just as similar. what put me off was that, one of the female employees kept giving me a look. idk why but she was lowering her eyebrows at me and always glanced at me everytime she passed by. feels very... unwelcoming. but the environment is good, i love the space aside from the unwelcoming energy and a bit of a slow serving time for just one cup of tea. i just left after a bit while.
