I was just there last Saturday and I was given the new number thing that you wait to light up to let you know your food is ready. It took them 32 freakin' minutes to get my order served, because it turns out, they made a mistake with the numbering system. We ordered @ the drive thru, 3 pcs. regular fried chicken and another 3 pcs. spicy chicken; also 6 pcs. peach mango pie. At the receiving area, we only got 2 pies. So we ordered the 4 pcs. that were not punched in.

When we got home, all of the fried chicken were regulars, there were no spicy chicken. And our request for a particular chicken parts were not granted. We were not informed why.
