A solid, standard hotel comparable to a 3-star property. While the facilities are not particularly upscale, they are more than adequate given the location. They have a dedicated parking area albeit small and often full. Service is generally consistent, though there can be occasional variations when ordering food they sometimes forget the changes which I simply consider a tip for the staff. It's also just walking distance from restaurants, the Pacific Mall and convenience store.

We were really disappointed with how the hotel handled our situation. We had already paid the full amount for our booking, and despite reaching out to explain that a typhoon was affecting our travel plans—and that we would literally be taking a ship into the storm—the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or understanding.

We completely understand that it was a non-refundable booking, but given the circumstances and the fact that this is a natural disaster, we were simply asking to reschedule—not cancel. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to accommodate or even show basic empathy.
