Butter and Coffee Cafe — Restaurant in Lucena

This place surprised me.

They have a small floor area, but they maximized that area by adding another layer on top of it, which helped in making it feel cozy. The interior can rival that of restaurants in fancy places (ie. Makati, BGC, etc.) and it doesn't feel like it's trying too hard, which is great because there are places wherein you'll feel that their trying too hard.

The food is good! They have big servings, and the taste wasn't sacrificed for the amount. I really loved their Salted Egg Scampi, and Carbonara Negra (and this is saying a lot since I am not a fan of pasta)! Their specialty coffee is also quite good, although I wouldn't advise you to drink that if you don't want to get hammered (I ordered Bailey's and Irish cream, I gave up. It was too strong for me. I wasn't ready 😂).

The service is also good, I can't say anything bad about them,since they're very responsive (but to be fair, there was only a handful of us there at the time).

I can definitely recommend this place, and I plan on coming back whenever I find myself back...

The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. There is a loft inside that creates more room for customers. For the starters, we ordered their Mozzarella Tower, which is the best! The chicken wings coated with barbecue sauce were also incredibly good. The fries were crispy, and the salad was fresh. I ordered the steak for my main (Steak and Eggs) and it was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The Carbonara Negra and Beef Ragu pasta also taste great. The serving was very good and worth the price. They also have an amazing selection of drinks. We tried the Strawberry Oreo Frappe, Banana Nutella Milkshake, and Green Apple Fizz Smoothie, and they were all very tasty and refreshing. We'll definitely...

We dropped by to order some takeout for our first visit. Interior was amazing for such a cute cafe with a second floor and it felt cozy inside despite little to no air-conditioning. It took awhile for our drinks to be prepared but wasn't a big deal since we took photos around the place while waiting.
