Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life, they don’t truest their guests||||941605325||||That day we visited our Lola in Antipolo and decided to check-in sa isang hotel resort in the area. So i booked the same day (March 9, Sat). ||||We checked in late around 3:30pm. We got a room for 4 pax and we had 2 excess people because they are not decided yet if they will stay overnight including our lola. ||||This was the start of out worst experiences. ||#1. Two hotel staffs accompanied us to the room. To our surprise, they said that they will do the “inventory” in the room. I asked the staff, “why are you doing your inventory just now? We’re so tire and we want to rest.” She said, “this will take few minutes”.||||Then she cited all things in the room, “2 remotes, 2 glasses, 2 teaspoon etc.” ||I am very surprised on what she did. Citing all things inside the room is intending that they don’t trust the guests. It is very disappointing and offending! It will make you feel that they don’t trust you because “maybe” you will steal it. Then they will make you sign the inventory list. ||||After that we rested and all fell sleep then this is our next worst experience: ||#2 The phone rang loudly and it wake up everyone! They are telling us that our visitor is already overstaying for 2 hours and we should pay. (What kind of hotel is this? they disturbed us from deep sleep and rest for us to||pay for our visitors?! As far as i’ve experienced, all extra costs is being settled on the check out time!) ||||I went down to the lobby and told everything to the staff but she’s just saying that this is a policy etc. They even took my ID as proof of excess? This is too much!!!!||||We were all pisses off, we went out of the hotel and go back to our lola’s house. They got some clothes because she’ll be staying overnight. ||||Then the 3rd worst experience happen again upon entering: ||||# The guards said “Can i see all your||stamps? You were the team that has excess right?” (OMG! All of them are aware! What a good investigating team it is!) ||||Since our visitors are staying, I go straight to the to be accompanied by the staff IF they will assist with the luggage etc. But here, the staff holds the keycard and they are the one who opened the door. That’s a red flag already! Plus doing the inventory is TAKING our time of paid stay! Plus the intension is very wrong and offending, like they dont trust the guests by citing all things even the teaspoon!!!! OMG. Given that we can afford to book in a hotel, meaning we’re not iliterate. Its automatoc that we should not steal!||||2.If there are items that are not free, they should post the prices on the wall, no need to orient it .||It’s automatic.||||3.If they have concerns on additional costs, we have provided the security deposit and all hotels are billing it on the check out time! not calling to bill!!!! What kind of management they have? Calling while their guests are resting?||||Breakfast doesnt taste good. the meat is so hard and cannot chew well. The restau doesnt look clean as well. ||Staffs are not well trained for hospitality and good treatment. ||Management should improve alot! ||||Will surely not be back again nor i dont recommend...

Our group had a really bad experience at Bosay Resort, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone planning to have a fun and relaxing getaway.
First of all, the swimming attire policy was extremely UNREASONABLE and INCONSISTENT. They insisted we wear cycling shorts, which we didn’t have. So we had to WALK all the way out of the resort just to buy some, which took about 15 minutes just to get back to the entrance with our swimwears.
Even after complying, one of our friends, who was wearing spandex (non-cotton), was still not allowed to enter the Disco Pool, Wave Pool and other pools. Another group members had on a proper one-piece swimwear with lace, and despite it not being cotton, they were also denied entry just because of the lace material.
We tried to raise the concern with the staff, but instead of helping us, we were just pointed to the office, where the staff were rude and dismissive, insisting we change again into their preferred swimwear. At this point, we were frustrated because we would have to walk back again for another 15 minutes—and most of us were already in swimwear.
Because of this, we only got to enjoy one pool, which really ruined the whole trip.
Aside from the swimwear issue, here are more problems we encountered:
• The pools were very poorly lit, especially during our night swim. It was too dark, which is extremely unsafe for kids and even adults, especially since the lifeguards were not attentive. • Grills were rusty and dirty. • Restrooms were unclean and unpleasant to use. • Lifeguards were more focused on nitpicking swimwear than actually watching over the swimmers for safety. • The place was noisy, but they still don’t allow guests to bring speakers. • They were very strict with corkage, even on small items. • The aircon in the rooms was weak, even if set to 16°C. • There weren’t enough monoblock chairs, so guests had to compete for seating in the cottages. • Poor customer service – when we tried calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered. And even when you approach staff outside, most of them looked annoyed or unfriendly.
Overall, the entire experience was stressful and disappointing. With how strict, disorganized, and unfriendly the environment was, we felt unwelcome and unvalued as customers. This place is definitely not worth the price nor the trouble. I honestly do not recommend Bosay Resort if you’re looking for good service, cleanliness, and a...
Read moreWe stayed in their hotel for 2 days and 1 night and here's what I can say with the experience that we had with Bosay Resort.||Upon arrival at the Hotel lobby, it has a relaxing ambiance since the rattan furniture was matched with the soft white mattress, making it comfortable to sit with while waiting for your keycard/room key. When we get into the room, it was pretty spacious with 2 mattresses with rattan bed frames.||Complete with towels, complimentary coffee, toiletries, bottled water, a personal fridge, and a clean bathroom which has a hot and cold shower and bidet. breakfast is also delivered on your room on your preferred time.|| With advice from friends we brought rash guards and spandex shorts since they have guidelines for swimming attires in the resort and as explained by their staff, it is also for their guests' safety while in the pool. they also have a store within the vicinity that sells swimming attires if in case you don't have any.|| To give time for the cleaning and maintenance, pools are open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.|I highly recommend their storm wave pool and infinity pool, since it was not a peak season on the duration of our stay, we truly enjoyed almost all their pools, they also have Olympic size swimming pool and a hydrotherapy pool and their famous disco pool that you can party while you swim with your friends.||Overall, I would recommend this resort based on our experience, and I think it is...
