I am excited to visit this place. Just read a few days before that the grandson of the person who tattooed whang od is here! I already have a tattoo from Elyang and Whang Od and I'm thinking of getting another native tattoo from this young guy at Pinto! Aside from the fact that he's at Pinto, I am also intrigued by the place. Based from my research, Pinto Museum really looks like a good art gallery place. It looks like some old mexican hacienda. I went here with a friend and arrived before lunchtime. We were still full that time so we decided to check the place and the artworks first. We paid P200 for the entrance. P100 for students and P180 senior/PWD. I was amazed that the place is bigger than I expected. There are lots of different artworks from different local artists. There are different themes, different art forms in each room or gallery. From paintings to sculptures, potteries, mosaics, dioramas, digital arts, murals etc. the place itself is even an artwork!! You can even do a photoshoot here. Structures or the galleries at Pinto are instagram worthy. The place is really big. I thought the gallery would just be in the same building but you actually need a map for this if you want to see everything and if you don't wanna get lost. A couple of hours is not enough. I thought we would be able to leave early but we left the place at already 5ish Unfortunately, the native tattoo artist got sick and wasn't available that time. We were told that he is just staying at Pinto. Now, how cool is that? You also need to call ahead of time to make a reservation if you want to have yourself inked Touring Pinto at midday can be so dehydrating coz the place is big. There are open spaces too and it was humid the day we went. So make sure that you have a bottle of water with you or anythin that will keep you hydrated. There are 2 or 3 cafes inside Pinto so you won't get hungry while checking the whole place. Im not sure if the one nearest to the entrance or beside the souvenir shop is a cafe too. We ate at one of their cafes outdoor at around 3pm. It's supposed to be hot but because of the trees surrounding it and birds chirping, it gives the place a relaxing and breezy feel. Love their idea of combining art, nature and photography! This is the best museum I've been to so far. Pinto Art Museum opens from Tue-Sun, 9am to 6pm.

When we arrived at the museum, we were greeted in a room where there is a tv playing an introduction on how the museum was founded and evolved throughout the years. I recommend goers to not skip this part as you'll understand and appreciate the galleries better if you watched it. After the intro, we're greeted with great looking architecture, vast greeneries and well maintained stunning ecology. You're eyes will be amazed, you'll find yourself all over the place just taking a look everywhere. Don't worry if you feel lost, they give you a map so that you can go back on track to where to go. There are a total of 7 galleries, and each of the artwork is credited, some of which have commentaries that give detail to the artist and the style / intent of the creation. Artwork varies from different styles of paint, art using materials such as wood, newspaper, metal, tangible art creations, and a lot more :) It's a lot, i can't compress it here on the review. Notice that there're not much pictures of art on the google review, only glimpses? It's because once you experience the museum, you'll know that the art is better appreciated in actuality. Photos aren't enough to express how good it is :) Verdict: I recommend everyone to go here. Even though if you are not much of a fan of art, you'll get to appreciate it when you're there with the varieties of art expressions that are on display :) Recom before going: For those planning to go, wear comfortable clothes, a good pair of running shoes so that your feet won't swell, a drinking tumbler, handkerchief / mini face towel. Idea of the expenses for those DIYers: LRT station to Pinto is 70 pesos per perso. on eTricycle, entrance is 250 for adults 125 for students (need ID). When going back, we opted to ride a tricycle from pinto to LRT station (300 pesos) because we were tired, but if you still have the energy, it will be cheaper if you tric to ynarez, then ride a jeep, alight at LRT station

I've been to this place twice but the 1st time I went here it's super crowded because that time it's not yet pandemic. So, I would say I kinda like the 2nd time I went here. It's more free and easy as you can take photos of the place with less to no queue of people. Yes, been here 2x, but both times I haven't tried the food so I can't comment further on it. That's because it can get pretty hot especially if it's noontime. So, I didn't like staying too late at this place. Hence, I suggest to go there earlier. Parking spaces, this can be a little bit tough. As there's no allotted space, hence you need to park at the street side. Even worse you might end up at the rear end or might take you some time to get one. Take note, that they're located in an uphill. So if ever you have elderly or kids with you, it will be quite an exercise. I would say the place is instagrammable. With variations of angle shots and spots that's nice and worth taking a shot. However, there's this one wall art which I find it a little bit awkward for kids to view at. It's an image of our government and how politics work in our country (lady being beaten up, priests, politicians smoking etc.). I would say it is indeed a good work of art. Just that, I guess it will be more appropriate if this art will have a curtain and have a disclaimer that this can't be viewed at a certain age. Again, dont get me wrong on this, but kids nowadays have a different mindset. I even heard disgustful remarks on it with kids at the age of 7, I guess. I think even better would be, if all of these kind of arts will be placed in a room and/or location that's enclosed and strictly for adults only. Just my suggestion anyway. Well, all in all good for me. But I think twice being in that place is good enough.

Visited Pintô Art Museum before Covid and ECQ • The place was large and has several galleries that contain Paintings, Sculptures and Collections from different parts of the Philippines, Paintings are mostly from the Rizal Area • Some areas within the Museum were still under construction and parking is limited for those that have their own mode of transportation Present day (October 27, 2024, Sunday) • The Museum has improved with more Paintings, Sculptures and Collections from the different places of the Philippines • They now have events where certain Art Exhibits are presented with a limited time, you would need to check on their Facebook Page to see what events are presented and displayed in one of their galleries • Entrance Price is Php 250 for adults, Php 125 for Students (Bring your School ID) • There are cafes inside which provide food and drinks. I have not yet tried them so I would not be able to give a description of their taste and presentation • Parking spaces now include the roads within the Grand Heights Subdivision. There are Pintô Art Museum Parking Guides that will direct you to an unoccupied space and could help provide information about the area. There are signs placed within the Subdivision to help you navigate. Be a responsible and understanding visitor because there are people residing in the area • Weekends have a lot of people going to the Museum. Be kind and considerate to one another. Avoid touching the Artworks and follow Museum Guidelines to help preserve the condition of the Paintings, Sculptures and Collections within the Museum

1 star not because how the place looks like it's a beautifully made place... but how they operate as a business... Read on: First, it operates a very large (arguably a hectare or so of space that can host 500 to 1000 guests easy) gallery/events place read: in a residential village. - but never bothered to appropriate or build ample parking for the guests. Guests are exposed to parking peddlers (kids really) who will pose to watch your car but for a hefty fee note there are no parking fee signs in the area too. There 's virtually zero parking space and guests have to park on the streets potentially inconveniencing residential neighbors on a regular basis. Residents around the area have posted No Parking signs all over their streets and basically telling how they dont like what's going on with Pinto's parking load. Second, it has a nice 50 to 80pax cafeteria _but_ staff will charge non-refundable Php 200 per head entrance fee first before you can enter even if you wish to just have coffee or a pizza inside - why not just reorient the entrance so people can enjoy coffee without paying extra 200? Third, 'some' guards could use training and additional courtesy, as they keep nagging guests including us with my 2-year old daughter from taking photos in the common area (garden, patio etc..). Often times, the staff and business practices is what makes a business. No matter how beautiful and really big the place is, if it's unfriendly to guests with its screwy policies and staff courtesy, then is has already failed.

Who could have known there is a hidden museum and a heritage site in the heart of antipolo? This place is insane! Well, in a good way. Pinto Art Museum is a highly recommended, five star deserving, SUPER budget friendly, and a must see instagrammable tourist spot destination. Imagine for only 200 php entrance for adults ( 180 for senior and 100 for students ) you can enjoy getting lost in this 1.3 hectares of almost heavenly like paradise. And oh, children below 3ft are free. 😉 You can have your eyes feasting on marvelous architecture, assemblage, calligraphy, ceramics, Christian & religious, conceptual, artistic design, drawing, folk, graffiti, graphic, illuminated manuscript, illustration, mosaic, painting, photography, sculpture, stained glass, tapestry, and much much more! If you are a bird lover, the place is filled with exotic birds as well! A haven for not just for an artistic mind person but a good place to spend quality time with the whole family. It's been my 3rd time visiting the place and it never failed to amazed me. They also have an amazing restaurant inside called rizal cafe filled with delightful foods to offer. The staff are quite friendly and knowledgable about the place. The restrooms are part of the museumthe place is just so well maintaned and neat. I would definitely come back for more and will be bring back some of my friends too!
