Staffs are careless and RUDE. When my mother received our drinks we only got 3 when we ordered 4 meals that included drinks. So my mother decided to tell the staff and guess what, the staff was arrogant. When the staff gave my mother the drinks that were missing it was 3 drinks instead of one. My mother asked kindly why she got three drinks instead of one and the staff arrogantly replied. âAyun ang nakalagay eh.â I donât know if theyâre stressed out or whatever problems theyâre experiencing but maybe you could have said it nicer. You shouldnât lash out on a customer because youâre stressed. One staff even broke multiple halo-halo glasses. It was really loud. The rice that my mother and aunt got were also a bit hard. The cups were also dirty, my family has a habit of wiping the cups especially the part where we drink from and guess what. The tissue had dirt from the cup, it was honestly disappointing. The moment I even stepped in the atmosphere was uncomfortable too and with all the events that Iâve said this place is truly disappointing and needs improvement especially staffs.

However, since it was not the first time for this bad happening, my attention was caught. It's now my THIRD TIME to experience the same exact POOR SERVICE at CHOWKING SUMULONG, ANTIPOLO.
First, it took me more than an HOUR FOR JUST ONE ORDER OF WANTON w/o being informed about the waiting time. I therefore relied the matter to the manager and she just explained that THE NOODLES WEREN'T READY YET and said sorry. WHAT?!
Second, I ordered TWO MEDIUM-SIZE HALO-HALO for take-out. After 35 MINUTES, I went to the counter to check my order and to my surprise, THE CREW MEMBER WAS LIKE COUNTING THE PIECES OF THE INGREDIENTS WHILE TALKING TO HER COLLEAGUE. Since there were no many customers, I thought I could have them fast, but I was so wrong.
Lastly, today, I ordered WANTON and HALO-HALO, and proactively asked THE CASHIER about waiting time and she answered "No problem ma'am". Then again, IT WAS REALLY REALLY WRONG!    Read moreThis particular chowking branch is a little bit newer, clean facilities, cool airconditioning, descent parking. The food is as usual oily but you'll learn to love the food. Being a fast food chain, the service is slow and the crew has the worst customer service, the vibe is very casual which is fine as long as the crew will stay professional but they are not. They are always casually chatting with each other, laughing and flirting with one another while at the front assisting the customers. I had an experience here at the drive through when she was taking my order and laughing at the same time, I was offended; it made me think that she was making fun of me because she was laughing while taking my order. Sometimes they are just rude. The service and the crew are the worst part of this business, therefore the management is to blame.
