ELMARIE BEACH RESORT — Hotel in Luzon

We had the best weekend! It was a spur of the moment getaway. I messaged them thru Facebook and they were so responsive to my inquiries. When we arrived, we were welcomed by their staff. It was pleasant and gave us homey feels. The staff are attentive to our needs. The rooms are clean and smells really good. They serve delicious food in their cafe (even by request, they prepared the oyster kilawin and cooked the famous pigar pigar). 😋 Definitely we’ll be back with friends and family. ❤️

"My family and I just returned from a vacation at this resort. The beach was pristine, the water in the pool was clear, and the sunset was breathtaking. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay worry-free and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. We especially loved the pool area and the veranda at the family room where you can sit and relax while looking at the pool and the beach. We highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and fun...

The room and bathroom is nice. However, the management is unorganized. Pumunta kami sa reception to do advance order and they ask what time so we declared a specific time. Pagbalik namin wala parin yung food so we sat and waited. However yung katabi namin sineserve na yung mga order which is kakarating lang nila at kakaorder. Sabi nila malapit na at iseserve na nila. It's been almost an hour since yung follow up pero wala parin. Nagstay na talaga kami sa lobby para pansinin kami kasi pag umupo ulit di na naman kami papansinin and we feel disregarded. Ang naserve nila sa one hour waiting ay one dish yung isa di pa sinerve. We already finished eating and wala paring dumadating. We decided to pay the bill and cancel yung di pa naseserve na dish. Then malalaman lang pala namin sa maling table sinerve yung meal namin. Wala kaming compensation na nakuha and sinabi lang sa amin "Naserve po pala sa ibang room".

Also, take note meron silang corkage fee na 500 pesos na di nasabi personally before magcheck in at wala sa papel na binigay nila. Which is di kami na advice na ganun pala yung price ng corkage fee nila.

Nag brown out din sa place and they claim to have genset pero it took couple of hours bago magkakuryente.

We have different experiences but we wanted to share ours because we believe that we don't completely enjoy our vacation because of this and hoping for better management...
