Sam Francisca Beach Resort — Local services in Pangasinan

I seldom do reviews but I can’t turn blind eye this time. This is one of the worst resorts I’ve been to. So, my family decided to spend my lola’s birthday together so we booked this resort 1 villa and 2 family rooms. We booked this one because of the “villa” thing thinking there is an actual villa that we can have our private moments. Like, we can cook, have program, bond while the kids do their own thing. Villa with own kitchen, living room and front yard at least because the rent is not a joke. However, when we got there, we were welcomed super crowded small pool area surrounded by cottages full with people as well. We understood that it is Saturday but they should limit their customers considering their pool is more or less 60sqm only. We actually, had downpayment of 11k and because of disappointment we decided to cancel the booking but they didn’t allow us which is understandable because we decided on the same day. To make it worst the owner (I just assumed he’s the owner because he acted as if he is) is sarcastic. Anyway, the female staff is accommodating and approachable she’s trying to convince us to stay but the “owner” was shouting at the back saying that we should be grateful because the pool area is free when we availed the rooms.🙄Duh, we came here for swimming because it’s a RESORT e di sana naghotel na lang kami if room lang pinunta namin. By the way, their villa is an apartment type with 4 rooms (separated) without a kitchen, living room but with tambayan outside. They said it is good for 26 people but expect no comfort. Towels and tissues were provided but you have to request it, it was not prepared before hand like any resort would do. You can cook in a common area near the pool, pile of garbage and cats loitering around. This is what they call never again. It is not worth it. By the way, they said we should have done ocular inspection prior but we came from different places so we met on the center so that’s the reason we haven’t. Do I need to mention the seashore? It is a public area. We stayed by the way because their AC is functioning well. We just enjoyed the moment on our own...

"Unfortunately, my stay at this beach resort was far from enjoyable. From the moment of arrival, the lack of parking spaces created frustration. The service was disappointing, with delays in getting our room ready and obtaining basic amenities like an electric fan, for which we were unexpectedly asked to pay. Despite multiple requests, the stove was only provided after significant delay. To top it off, the room itself was uncomfortably hot. Overall, this was undoubtedly the worst beach resort experience...

I love their rooms ,the a/c and the bed. The function hall is still under renovation so cant comment on that. In my opinion pool wise its enough but make sure to go their when its not crowded or during weekdays because the pool can only occupy at least 2...
