Jocanai Residences — Hotel in Luzon

We booked their unit that has 2 rooms, and kitchen, which was good for 4-8pax (albeit the staff told us it can actually accommodate up to 10pax). To minimize the cost, we opted to exclude in our booking the use of the spacious kitchen, which has a ref, microwave oven, electric stove, water dispenser, etc. The power supply to that area was actually switched off during our entire stay. Our unit also has a balcony. Their WiFi was fast, and has very good signal in our unit. Mobile network signal of Globe and Smart are okay also - Smart already has 5G in the area. The installed aircons in our rooms was actually strong enough to cool the entire unit, included the kitchen area where the power supply was switched off. So we were able to stay and work in there during the night. One minor inconvenience though was the apparent fluctuations in the water pressure of the shower, which also affects the operations of the water heater. This place is just a walking distance from the Robinsons mall. There are also nearby restaurants and carenderia. The highway is also just a walking distance. People can just walk to the highway to hail trikes or maybe jeeps going to Laoag City or San Nicolas proper. Overall, it was a very good stay there. Rates were also good. i was assigned to the room on the 2nd floor at the very corner. the room was okay and is super spacious. has a kitchen, shower, cabinets and 2 beds. i booked and had experiences on various accommodations alone but personally this one feels a bit weird. for some personal reason, i felt a bit scared and icked out. i dont know what it is but it might be how the bed is situated right infront of the mirror? or i just dont know lol. it might just be me, nothing against the accomodation as whole! im glad i only booked so that i can have a room for the night so it was just a quick stay.

If you just need a place to sleep around San Nicolas (Robinsons Area) this place is for you. Dont expect too much because you will be disappointed. They do not have a hot shower, water pressure is too low, and the aircon in my room is not that okay.

Nevertheless, its a walking distance from Vadez Center (where BPOs are located) or you can take a tricycle if you have luggage.
