I went to this place because were craving for Chinese food, upon entering to the establishment some staff greeted us, (very polite) the staff are very friendly there. We order different dish ( A la carte) some of them are ok nothing is special, i also order the fish which is the waiter mention its a parot fish something like that, when its served on the table, my first bite and fish was un cooked and still fresh, we ask the waiter and tell them it was un cooked and they just took it back in the kitchen without saying anything, when the fish is arrive for the second time, the fish was broken into pieces, it was an disappointment, and no one come to apologise. Our favourite Chinese restaurant in Ilocos Norte. Been frequenting this place coz of its authentic cuisine. Servers are amazing, always attentive with a pleasant way of interacting with customers. Today, I had another delicious meal. However, I saw a cockroach on the chair beside me, so I asked the server to swat it. It was a terrible sight, a huge turn off! I’d suggest regular cleaning, maintenance and spraying of pesticides to prevent and eliminate any pests.
