Disappointing Experience at Chowking Robinsons Ilocos .I ordered my food at 12:00 pm, but unfortunately, it took an unacceptable 1 hour and 13 minutes to receive my order (received at 1:13 pm).

This level of delay is unacceptable, especially during lunch hours when customers are looking for a quick and convenient meal.

I hope the management takes steps to improve their service efficiency and reduce wait...

Horrible Service! Line is long and took me 45 minutes to receive my food. All the menu items were out. No chicken, no lumpia, no sweet and sour. How do you run a business like that?? I ask an staff about my order and no help at all.. food was just okay and portion is small.. I went to Jollibee and got better and faster service.. I plan to never eat there again.
