The place has potential. Although difficult to access its right in front of a local beach which is clean and good for swimming. The first problem was not accepting our Agoda reservation and the second problem was not carring about us as guests. Even though we were the only guests they woke us 7.45 for breakfast without an announcement while the breakfast was already sitting there to get cold. This happened the next day too even thought we arranged a later time. Similarly they woke us twice to ask about dinner even we said we are fine going out for dinner. Isla Water Sports is located in Mabini Batangas. ||Pros: | Beach front accommodation| Decent rooms ||Cons: | Not accessible , no parking space, when we went there we parked at Mabini Port; we had to walk for 10 mins and passed a very narrow walk way/pathway | Food selection was very limited , expensive and not appealing, not delicious at all!!! | You may experience occasional power interruption| When you go outside the hotel - the surrounding is super dirty not maintained ||I will never go back to this resort and definitely will not recommend this...

Good location for divers, as it is v accessible to dive sites (North and South ), v near to Anilao Pier (as a nite dive venue with amazing macro photography). The house reef has communities of mandarin fishes. The resort is clean, affordable and all the staff friendly and v helpful.
