don't ever try to stay here. we checked in for only 3 hours and when we are finally leaving, they are accusing us of a room damage and made us pay thousand+ pesos. they don't even have concrete proof, they only have their staff opinions but they blame us big time on a damage that was already there when we came in. you cannot even trust their staff or the staff that will assist you in your room because as per what happened to us, he's the one who sabotage us with his room caretaker. this brought us trauma because this is the first time that we went here and that's what happened on our first visit. we didn't leave the place and tried to talk it out because who would pay for something that you didn't even do, but what they did is they tell us that the other option we had is talking with the police. as if police will believe us, it's their establishment in the first place. this place and their staff is very traumatizing. there are other motel around malolos, you better not choose to stay on this one especially if you look young and rich. I used this inn for a multi-week work trip. Even though I had a long stay they would not refund the extra day that was unused which is unfortunate as this location is close to my office and I regularly do multi-week stays. So they made an extra 850 by not refunding but lost a future regular multi-week guest. I asked if they would credit it to my next stay and they would not. The location is good. It feels safe and secure. The roomboys are very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms are old and dated. The mattresses are in very poor condition. The bathrooms are leaky and I had lots of issues with the toilet in my first room. Wifi was fast enough to watch low-res YouTube if I stood close...

Went to this place (from a wake) at exactly 4:30 AM, this is the nearest to where we came from. We just wanted to rest for 3 hours. At the entrance, there was a big sign of their rates; 3 hours is 400, excess hour would be charged 125. The caretaker masked the room smell with downy mixed with water, it was very strong. The bed and pillows smell and look dirty, there was no flush in the toilet, the shower is not working. We were just too tired but we had a hard time sleeping. Anyway, it was time to wake up, around 7AM, there was a dead cockroach floating in the toilet. It was disgusting. Please, I am warning you, do not check in in this place.
