No one warned me this “resort” doubles as a horror movie set. 🎬💀
Picture this: it’s sunset, luggage in hand, I’m walking toward what I thought was a peaceful getaway. The road narrows, the trees start whispering, and then—surprise!—a cemetery. Yep, you literally have to pass by tombs just to reach the resort. The only thing missing was a background scream and rolling credits.
At first, I told myself, Okay, maybe it’s worth it. The rooms had an old-world vibe—like history lives here. Turns out, that “history” might actually still be living next door. We booked rooms without air-conditioning (rookie mistake). Within minutes, I was melting faster than my patience. The fans looked like museum pieces—beautiful to look at, completely useless for survival.
Then came breakfast. I was served two tiny bacon strips and a pinch of scrambled eggs that looked like someone whispered “breakfast” over the plate and left. I glanced at the next table—they had a mountain of food! I wasn’t sure if I should ask for more or just accept that the spirits probably took my share.
Now, credit to the owner—he’s warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Honestly, the only light in this story that didn’t come from a tomb candle.
But nighttime… oh, nighttime is where things get interesting. No streetlights. Just the glow of candles flickering on tombs, dancing in the dark like ghosts hosting a vigil. My friends had to play worship songs on full volume just to make it back to the room without sprinting. It was less “resort stay” and more “trial of faith.”
So yeah, my rating? Consider it a mix of heat exhaustion, haunted cardio, and breakfast inequality. A memorable stay—for all the wrong, cinematic...

With regards to the complimentary meals, i was told beforehand that free breakfast and dinner was included although i wasn’t able to avail the dinner on my first night. It was no issue for me as it presented the opportunity to explore and try out local restos.
I was fortunate enough to join in on a campfire by the beach which made the first night memorable.
