It’s one of the worse. This crew named Jessica has no sense of professionalism, I know i’m at fault also for ordering wrong but I said sorry right away for the inconvenience that I did and insisted of adding-on and the story goes on until it was change but her attitude is still the same. I said sorry once again to have assurance that things are now fine but she didn’t answered but its all fine since I messed up her work, but pushinng the meal to me and saying “patanggal nga niyan” in a rudely tone? hahahah can’t you teach your crew to be polite to their customers? this was teached at school, program of business ad, tourism and hrm. and to justify my action it qas just a toy being changed and I said “…if okay lang po” when she asked if papalitan, I gave her option, for the record. Not really expecting a good dining experience here ever since. But just today, the morning crew is very lazy and all over the place. From incomplete orders (even condiments and napkins) to unaccommodating crew. They'll just ignore you until you get pissed and just leave. They keep on pointing hands at each other on who to cater the requests (which in the first place was the result of their own actions).

Comfort - it's more cool outside under the sun compared to this establishment. Not even fans are working.

Utensils - still dirty with white spots (probably dried soap or they use hard water (unfiltered, dirty) for cleaning their utensils.

Parking - don't expect to get a spot if you will be bringing a car. The management does not care about organizing their...
