The hotel location is very good. The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule). Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking. Still we will book again in the future. Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any request. The amenities were impressive, including a well-maintained gym, clean pool, and a great breakfast selection.The only downside was the parking situation. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
