Extremely Disappointed with Poor Service

We recently booked a villa after being assured that it was available. Trusting their confirmation, we immediately paid the down payment. However, the very next day, we were informed that the villa was no longer available because it had already been taken. While they promised to refund the payment, this does not excuse the inconvenience and disorganization they caused.

Their lack of accountability completely disrupted our plans and left us scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for a business that should prioritize customer trust and reliability. A simple refund is not enough to make up for the wasted time, stress, and hassle they caused.

I strongly urge anyone considering booking with them to think twice. If they can’t even manage their bookings properly, how can they be trusted to provide quality service? Location is nice a short motorbike ride to Alona Beach and White Beach but just far enough away for quiet. Theres a decent supermarket upstairs from the hardware store on the corner.

Staff were very friendly and responsive

The place itself is cute, the private pool is awesome. A little deep for kids but great for adult swimmers. About 4-5 feet deep.

Only things that were negative was a noisy ceiling fan, lack of cooking utensils there were only bare bone basic kitchen utensils but staff graciously provided us with a few extra things

Biggest issue would be the gap at the top of the villa dividers. Not sure why they have it. If you have a neighbour you can hear their conversation. If that gap wasnt there Im sure neighbour sounds would be reduced by at least half

This place was right across Bali Villas, Panglao and I guess they're somehow together because concept and utensils are a lot similar.

The lights in the rooms were flickering and most of the ceiling fans don't work. The gate to our villa couldn't be locked (I guess they haven't fixed that yet). We expected to have a microwave, stove and rice cooker as advertised but turns out we have to request for it during check in and we weren't told that (it would be great if they'd inform beforehand).

Pool was deep around 6 feet I guess. There was a bed like thing beside in the open area near the pool but it had no covers.

We couldn't get any channels on the TV. Also their WiFi or internet connection was very poor.
