UPDATE: WE NOW HAVE TWO WORKING ELEVATORS! THANK YOU! First the positive. The location is good (near airports, shopping, restaurants). And most staff great. Very friendly: Our concierge and the security guards here, along with some building staff are kind and helpful. What is lacking is proper maintenance (upkeep and repairs in particular). The paint is old and dirty, and even in the newest building, it looks shabby. For more than a month we have only had one elevator in the newest building and the air conditioner has been broken for even longer! That’s the newest building. I bought a place here because I expected things to work and be well maintained. Mistake. I would not recommend moving here, unless you want to be disappointed. I speak with engineers from Avida and they tell me my issues have been resolved. They have not! Please, prove me wrong and repair these things and I will update my review to reflect this. But all I seem to get from the administration and responsible engineers are excuses. Sadly disappointed in this investment.

This is the Avida Tower accommodation booked through Airbnb. This is the most cost-effective place to stay among the lodgings I stayed at while on a business trip to the Philippines. The host was also very friendly and there was SM Sucat across the street, so shopping was convenient.

Good place to stay . Building are very closed and not much space for relax .. small swimming pool always crowded , one mini stop near by and BPI ATM in club house , very secured place , sm sucat is very near so for groceries also just walkable distance , affordable rent when comparing other condominium near by . And units are well maintained, rent of studio unit start from 7000, safe and secured place and easy to locate , just opposite of sm sucat, but it too crowded buildings , airflow in rooms are less than . One basketball court and , basement parking facility , there is charges for guest parking , good place for students in pats aviation academy and sapphire aviation academy , olivares college just few...

Parking is a very big problem if you don't own any.... Parking Monthly rental from the owners also very expensive like 5000 monthly which I guess was overrated compare to other condo. Pay parking only have 7 and there's 8 towers currently. Furthermore, security guards are being biased, sometimes they will just say that there's no more parking space, but in fact therest still, being reserved for someone else.

Not advisable / not recommended to own a condo unit here for those who have a car and parking area is...
