Blue Water Resort — Hotel in Puerto Galera

We were visiting Puerto Galera with my friend on a rainy season. Puerto Galera has corals that looks lovely. Most of the hotels in there provides scuba diving service. When I walked in to ask about the pricing, there was a korean guy who said that we only provide service for koreans. I asked multiple times to get what he meant but they are RACIST.
