Infinity Resort — Hotel in Puerto Galera

Room accommodation is inside a 2 storey modern villa w 2 rooms at the 2nd flr that can be joined by an access door and a single roon downstairs.

Amenities include infinity pool, kids pool w fountain & jacuzzi. They have a spa & a gym. Entertainment room has xbox, videoke room, billiards table, dart & 2 foosballs. It also houses the clinic and a kiddie play area. They have outdoor playground. Kayak is free. Wifi is free althroughout but is kinda weak in the villas. They also provide your own portable wifi upon request.

Phone signal for globe-smart-sun are ok. The Brae restaurant offers bountiful Filipino or American 5course breakfast which can be mixed & matched. Pizza is must try. Food can be ordered in advance to cut down irritating waiting-cooking time and you can also order room service which they can set up in your veranda. Your water goblet is autimaticallu refilled and whenever your toddler and small kids drop their utensils, a staff readily replaces them. They also accept client requests and they offer smart suggestions. Food is pricey but quality, presentation and service are a premium. Check out separate review.

The sand is not white-mixed w grayish sand but its firm and the water is clean and swimmable. Wearing aqua shoes is recommended because these Aninuan-Talipanan-White beach coastlines are lined w small smooth stones. But in between these beaches are rocky boulders which the kids can traverse but w/a bit of tolerable challenges.

Ambiance is great. Infinity has the best view and the best beachfront property in this part of Puerto Galera.

The staff sevice is impreccable. The assisting staff at Batangas Port, the driver who fetched us to & fro Muelle port, the receptionists who welcomed us & bid us farewell, the guards at the beach, the lifeguards & bar tenders, the housekeeping, the restaurant attendants all gave the best guest sevice. If you wanna experience how to be treated like a VIP, Infinity Resort is the hotel experience you should try.

Our stay at Infinity Resort was truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the surroundings were impeccably clean, and our room was spotless. I particularly appreciated the well-maintained swimming pool with a perfect balance of chlorine. The level of service was truly on par with that of 5-star hotels, from our initial online inquiries to our departure from the resort. They were prompt in responding to our emails and addressed all our concerns. Another highlight was the resort's pet-friendly policy, which allowed me to bring my cat along. Although the food seemed a bit pricey when looking at the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, making everything ideal for sharing, which in my opinion made it worth the price. Moreover, the food was exceptionally delicious. The amenities provided, including the gym, spa, jacuzzi, and entertainment rooms (like videoke, although we didn't get a chance to try it), were impressive. However, there were a couple of downsides. The room lacked adequate soundproofing, making it possible to hear noises from outside and the neighboring room. Additionally, they provided a maximum of 2 complimentary bottles of water per day, whereas 5-star resorts typically offer up to 4. One other issue we encountered was the allowance of smoking in the villas and on balconies. This could be unpleasant for non-smokers and especially for children who might be sensitive to it. It would be beneficial if the resort could implement stricter regulations for smoking guests, designating a separate smoking area far away from the villas and pool areas. Despite these concerns, our overall stay was pleasant, and we left feeling relaxed. I hope the resort considers addressing the smoking issue to enhance the experience...

Our second stay at the infinity Resort. First was June 2019, second was 28th Dec - 7th Jan 2020. Even before leaving Australia, the service from Gayle on Front desk was exceptional. Great rate for room, Transport organised from Manila to Batangas to catch the ferry. The transport waiting in Puerto Galera to take us to Infinity, all was first class.||We were met by several staff, given a handmade necklace, cold drink and cold facial towels.Check in, was simple and streamlined. The Villa is spacious, cool, decorated beautifully. The beds are soft, beautiful bathrooms with bath. A huge heated spa looks over the magnificent endless swimming pool with views over the ocean. As food lovers, the Restaurant "The Brae" serve the BEST food on the island by far.||We had several massages in the "infinity Spa" these were professional, in calming surroundings.||The Outstanding customer service from the staff is the STANDOUT feature of this beautiful resort. The service standard is a credit to the Management. From the pool boys, the garden staff, the housekeeping are meticulous, "bong & Julius, Sharon & Gayle" are service leaders in the resort making our stay just so memorable.||Sadly, due to the Australian bushfires devastating our home town surrounds, we needed to cut short our stay and return home to our family....The Infinity Resort made this happen for us without question, and were very generous to us on our departure, we will always remember our time at Infinity....The high service level, the surrounds set with mountain backdrop, will always stay in our minds...Thankyou to all at Infinity....you should be very proud of the service and high standard you offer.||Thankyou to all - David &...
