Hotel room was simple but clean. Near to bus station.||||Our experience about the hotel was really bad. They promote free airport shuttle. We sent them several messages but they didn’t show up. When we call them it took them a long time to find our booking even the hotel is really small. We waited around 45 in the airport to get picked up.||||Breakfast was bad and they want you tell them time when you want it. Even you tell them the time you need to wait for the breakfast.||||Hotel staff is unprofessional and rude. Avoid any contact with them, you find more correct information from google. They also try to sell you everything from excursions to hotel in el nido. Don’t buy anything from them. We met girls who had bought excursion from the reception and were not picked up at all. They got moved for the next day and waited over two hours to be picked up, because hotel gave them wrong pick up time. Hotel staff was very rude to them when they were worried if they will get to the excursion or not.||||We bought a transfer from the hotel and it was also mistake. It was one hour late and hotel staff was really rude to us when we were asking for the transfer. Also the transfer was nothing like we were promised to.||||After we had left hotel sent me message on FACEBOOK that they can’t find our booking and wanted to us to contact hotels.com instead of the hotel doing it by themselves. In the end the only problem with our booking was that the hotel doesn’t know how to use their own booking system.||||We have traveled a lot and this is the most unprofessional hotel with rude staff I have...
Read moreOur travel and tour operator, Ms. Milca Factor of Travel Pro, booked us here for 2 nights.||The Manager is very accommodating and keep me posted while our group is on our way to Puerto Princessa coming from El Nido. We arrived 12 midnight and felt very tired. We were glad that the staff welcomed us with smiles and immediately assisted us for check-in. ||The double room assigned to us (Room 2) is very spacious, clean and has a comfortable bed and pillows. We requested for 2 pairs of slippers and Gilin staff provided us immediately. The pension house has a water station in the lobby where guests can avail complimentary purified water, in addition to bottled water provision to guests. ||What we like here is they have a wooden rack where to hang wet clothes. Not all inns, pension houses do have such amenities. They do offer laundry services. But, we just hang our wet clothes since our trip to Puerto Princessa proceeded right after the island hopping activity in El Nido. Of course, we don’t want to bring wet clothes in our luggage bags! ||The restroom is also clean equipped with shower and clothes hanger. The shower pressure is not much strong. But, I know, it can be improved.||I can say that this place is kid friendly and Family oriented. It has a swing and seesaw where to create bonding moments.||Also, good for barkadas and group of friends due to presence of kubo/huts near the lobby.||So far, highly recommended budget inn in Puerto...
Read moreMy family and I got a room at first, very small, and the shower was broken, besides the dirty bathroom (hair over the sink etc.). The staff was helpful and moved us to another room, which was bigger, but also still dirty. Main problem was the AC, they say they have it but they’re so old they don’t work anymore. We were drowning in sweat for the entire night, almost thinking about finding another place, but we were too tired. It’s in a secluded area although it’s located not far from the main street, there’s a pond behind so there are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wifi is great and works well, unlike many other places. Breakfast included (I believe they only make philippine breakfast but i’m not 100% sure, communication wasn’t always easy). We stayed one night and moved directly to Port Barton, there’s not much to do in Puerto Princesa. Due to the temperature and cleanliness, this wasn’t a good...
