OYO 136 Regal Residences — Hotel in Quezon City

4 star in terms of cleanliness & new building. A female reception staff & female security guard polite & helpful. But reception strictly follow 2pm check in time. She showed us the use of card lock that has lift & room door security. It's a bit amusing because that card lock is common and one does not expect to be informed as it's basic knowledge. Perhaps because she says the place is a student accommodation originally.

Negative, it's 1.42hrs distance away from terminal3 international airport. So if one is a tourist it's like you're losing on time to return to epicenter of Manila city where the airports are also located to have a city tour. The toilet & shower are 2 separate unit. The t.v. few channel. The free wifi is okay but sometimes weak .

The location is good for visiting locals who just wanted to do some business, such as myself.

Also, the hotel has no restaurants and zero commercial establishment around it except for the SM Mall that has all that one needs like restaurants, supermarket, laundry, cinema, etc. To go there's a quick jeepney cost one way php9 ,its like few minutes ride. But on return it was pouring rain so we took a taxi for php 72 that went the opposite way, perhaps due to one way roads. Along the way to this town there's no tourist attraction at all except for random malls. The government offices, hospitals and academic Schools are nearby .

I love the rental for only us$11 per night compared to other apartments going like us$45 , as I intend to stay longer for 2 weeks or more, the cost is great inspite if one needs to pay aircon bus to come here cost only php63 per pax is still cheaper than staying in...

I stayed here for a week and was gonna stay there for the whole month. I am 4months Pregnant. My husband and I had a fight around 5am that took only 2-5mins of arguing. And unfortunately I was banned because of what happened. And they can no longer accommodate me due to the complaints of the other guest which is not even true. This is the first time i got banned and i am pregnant but still they didn’t understand my situation that i only need another night to stay there and find another place where i can safety myself and my unborn baby. They know i was stressed. 30mins before 12noon is check out time. They called That they can’t accept my extension and after that call I only have 30mins to find another hotel. When I already booked my extension to there hotel but insisted to accept my booking because of what happened and I was banned. Their staff is very accommodating. But the management didn’t even accept my request of staying at their hotel. And said that the other reason of not accepting me as their guest is because of my condition of being pregnant that it will be their responsibility if something happened to me which is fully I understand. And the manager even talk about the penalty they received because of the incident. I am truly disappointed of what happened and that was my mistake I admit that. But they were not able to give me a chance and understand my condition. I checked in that hotel to lessen my stress. The location is very far from everything, and there's no restaurants nearby to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. You also have to ask everytime you want to go out for the staff to open the gate for you, not convenient for smokers for example.

Apart from that the room was very comfortable, good, clean and fresh, nothing to complain about, really, the main problem is the location of the hotel and the lack of welcoming faces from the staff. You just feel like you are...
