Rosas Travellers Inn — Hotel in Quezon City

Rated 1 because this Inn is so bad. Not well managed. Only one receptionist who received the people who are checking in so we need to wait for how many minutes and I found out almost who checked in there are young lovers/ couples. I wonder why did this Inn called traveller's Inn if there's short time, I suggest they changed it, must be drive-in coz you know. Not for travellers but for lovers who are....... When we went upstairs 2nd floor there's a one room open and we saw on the wall the images of s** positions, what a shocked!!! Lobby's so smelly, I felt like about to vomit.Then when we're already in our room, air-con was not working, too hot! What a dirty room. Bed smells Cl too, yuck gross!! Didn't they know how to clean well??? And they have poor assistance, we kept on calling at the counter that we need extra pillow coz we were 3 but the bed is just good for two, we aid additional but no extra bed!!! Before they gave the pillow we called them more than 10x coz it's almost 2 hours but no pillow coming. Also staff didn't know how to smile, they're all frowning!! So whoever owned this hotel, you better change the management into good one.. Lastly this Inn has high price, but so cheap. From staff to room . Really...

We booked a room at around 10 PM as a family. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was filthy and sticky. There were no blankets or hygiene kits provided. I went to the front desk to request blankets and hygiene kits, and they told us to wait. Two hours passed, and we still didn’t receive anything. When I followed up, they said they were still retrieving them from their storage room.

I booked here just because I need a transient place to stay before my scheduled appointment within the vicinity. The price is PHP 650 for 6 hours. The price, however, is incomparable to what the rooms offer. Upon entry into the lobby, I immediately noticed the musty smell of this place!
