Good points - place is new, opened in 2019, sidelined because of pandemic. So room paint is spotless, bathroom tiles mold-free, aircon is cold, shower heater's hot. Functioning elevator, linens and towels are still white, not yellowish-white. Building is designed well - that there's a light, airy feel to the whole place because of an "atrium" in the middle. It's also situated in one of the quiet streets along busy Dahlia Avenue. Location-wise, there are a lot of walkable, inexpensive food options, a Robinsons grocery nearby. Cons - dont expect basic hotel amenities like bottled water or toilet paper. These do not come with the room, which starts at Php1,200/night.
If you have an Agoda App and credit card, you pay almost Php300 less - Php920 for their basic airconditioned room.
Overall, it's decent and relatively clean...
Read moreWe stayed at Casa Lily for our preparation venue for our wedding. Our families enjoyed the ambiance especially the paintings and decorations at the place. We had our photos for the wedding prep taken on various parts the building and they turned out so well! A perfect alternative and really budget friendly compared to other hotels in the area.
The staff are also accomodating and friendly! Rooms are prepared for comfort and sanitized well, with toilet and shower inclusion. They have TVs so you can watch during your free time or do your work comfortably in their desk table inclusions.
The location of the place is also accessible, there are nearby restaurants, spas, parlor, supplies and convenience stores for other needs. They also have parking area for visitors...
Read moreA pretty cheap option and you get what you pay for. Really basic room, shower and toilet but no bathroom. Small room and bed barely fit but comfy enough for one night. Wifi was great and the staff helped us hail a taxi. Perhaps not the best area for westerners to stay in. As we approached our taxi driver became very nervous telling us that it was a dangerous part of town and not to talk to anyone who wasn't police or guards. Made it a little nerve racking to be in the area but no issues...
